Solid stainless steel. 11/2 quart capacity. A real good value. Dishwasher safe. #5106 Funnel Cake Tool Kit The Funnel Cake Tool Kit (not illustrated) includes a Funnel Cake Pitcher, Fat Skimmer, Spatula, Sifter for powdered sugar, Sugaring Pan and jug for measuring water. The Mold Ring is important to good
Funnel Cake operations, and the “lift-off”
rings not only give you the best results,
but they also make doing Funnel Cakes
easy. You simply fill the mold, cook a bit,
then lift off mold ring and let the Funnel
Cake float free. You are then ready to
pour another Funnel Cake. A middle
plate for the ring to rest on is included.
This eliminates any batter getting down
onto the elements. The lift-off rings
come in three styles. The Standard 6"
(15 cm) Mold Ring, the standard 8v
(20 cm) Mold Ring, and Gold Medal’s
new Triple Mini Funnel Cake Mold Ring
that allows you to do three small Funnel
Cakes with one ring. Also, don’t forget
accessories such as the Skimmer and
Wire wisk, both important for doing
the job right.
