48 oz. Cornado Popping Unit Frequently called a “Popping Head” this “Big Daddy” of all popping units features a larger diameter cook surface than any other brand. We pop a full three pounds net weight of corn in about 3 minutes on proper line voltage. All Cornado units feature the “Big Eye” control. For European “sugar corn,” the control limits may be easily reduced for consistent popping. A “Dual Temp” optional feature is available on special order. With this version, you can pop sugar corn for several batches and then switch back to savory corn. |

oz. Cornado Popping Unit This workhorse of the concession industry is frequently paired with the twin 36 oz. Pro Plant shown on page 20. This is also a popular unit for custom fabricated snack bar installations. The Model #2149 features the largest diameter cook surface for a 36 oz. kettle. This and all other Cornados feature the “Big Eye” electronic heat control, which ensures better tasting popcorn and better popper performance. |

oz. Cornado In some locations, the 28 oz. kettle is “just right!” Big enough to pop all of the corn you could possibly need, but somewhat smaller so as to require almost continuous popping. Everyone knows that the action helps sell more corn. The #2112 as well as the #2149 and #2258 are available on the “short” pedestal as shown on the Enclosed Cornados. Open top Cornados are available with either the taller pedestal shown here or the shorter pedestal as illustrated in the Enclosed Cornados.
