Funnel Cake Fryers and/or Elephant
Ears Fryers. Easily work four 8" (20 cm)
Funnel Cakes, two large diameter
Elephant Ears or 12 French Waffles.

effective way to triple the “pot life” of
your cooking oil! Always order this size
fryer with drain. Note: All fryers on this
page manufactured with drains only.
#8075 K-6 Shallow Fryer
This higher capacity shallow fryer will
easily do six Funnel Cakes at a time and
keep up with virtually a continuous “pour
and cook both sides” from a single fryer.
With the proper tools, two K-6 Shallow
Fryers could produce between 300 and 400
average Funnel Cakes per hour! At $2.00 to
$3.00 each, depending upon the toppings,
it’s easy to see how quickly these units will
pay for themselves! Drain board is furnished
primarily to keep under the counter and
“cover” the fryer at night or in case of an
emergency, such as a fire.

#8066 Hot Shot, Hi-Watt Shallow
Fryer

The Hot Shot Hi-Watt Shallow Fryer
has an additional 1000 Watts that
enables you to virtually pour Funnel
Cakes continuously. Capacity
approximately 125 average size 8"
(20 cm) Funnel Cakes per hour.
CAUTION:
If you use two or more
fryers, do not cook the product on one
side in the first fryer and then flip
over to the other side in the second
fryer. Complete both sides in the fryer
you start with. If your oil temperature
drops below 375º, grease absorption
goes up dramatically – as you add more
shortening, temperature goes down
even farther. Do it correctly – complete
each product in the fryer you started
cooking it in.
#8066 Hot Shot Hi-Watt Shallow
Fryer

6500 Watts, 221/2" W x 171/4" D x 10" H
(57W x 44D x 25H cm), includes drain
valve and tray for use primarily in fire
emergency – 230 Volts only, 35 lb. fat
capacity.
#8088 Super King “Ultimate”
Funnel Cake Fryer

You asked for it, a fryer that can
cook eight Funnel Cakes at a time
on a continuous pour and cook
basis! High production “ribbon”
type heating element has more
square inches of contact, yet is
safer. Use two #5103 mold rings
on platforms to “form” the Funnel
Cakes. “Swish” the formed Funnel
Cake into the open shortening as
soon as possible. This also creates
convection and reduces grease
absorption. 33" W x 17"D x 6 1/2"H.
9,000 Watts, 230 Volts, requires a
50 Amp, 230 Volt line.
