This is the Mid Size – the one that is
“just right” for you. Full 20" (51 cm) of
heated cooking surface on each of the
ten rollers. Separate heat controls for the
front five and rear five gives you the
option to do “cook, hold and serve.”

E-Z Kleen pure stainless steel rollers.
The Hot Diggity® Bun Warmers in all
three lengths keep the buns fresh or
enable you to package hot dogs and
buns in foil bags and hold for a rush
period. Most people do not put water

We did not invent the Roller style Hot Dog Grill, however any
“user-friendly” benefits you get in Gold Medal Hot Diggity® and
Lil’ Diggity® Hot Dog Grills come as a result of listening to
suggestions. There’s only one cleanable surface – stainless
steel! You know that corn syrup is a primary ingredient in hot
dogs – and this is the stuff that “caramelizes” and makes the
roller tubes a bit difficult to clean. With solid stainless, you can
clean the rollers easily with a Scotch Brite pad when you have the
motor on and the heat off. This “clean in place” feature is a Gold
Medal exclusive. Every one of these six models features the
E-Z Kleen Stainless Steel Rollers.
Snack Bar Supplies Non-Heated Bun Cabinets
When you are making up a lot of hot dogs for the “half time”
break in the action, you make up the hot dog in a bun, put it in
a foil bag and put it in the non-heated bun cabinet–and then
start heating more dogs. You must use fresh buns - not “day
olds.” The non-heated bun cabinet comes in three lengths – one
for each length roller cooker.
