juice tray and an adjustable
thermostat. Always use the juice tray,
otherwise the meat juices will create
bad aromas in the steaming
compartment and will eventually

You can’t be in the snack bar business
unless you have carry-out trays! We
feature two styles. Sure, a carrying tray
costs a little money – but if you limit
yourself to the snacks a person can
carry, they might buy one for each
hand. Give them a tray and they will
buy six or more! This is an investment
in making money! We like the molded
tray because it’s a little more rigid – but
it’s your choice. Just make sure you
have a tray available!		 Hot Dogs sell better with Chili Dog
Sauce. Small locations should use the
smaller #2202. Busy locations should
use the dipper-style #2205. Both have
adjustable heat controls. Stainless Steel
insert bowls must be ordered separately
– order the appropriate size .
