This warmer was designed originally for Bag-In-A-Box
popping oil. Virtually every Bag-In-A-Box popping oil
delivery system in a popcorn machine needs to start
with popping oil which has already been warmed so
that you can get instant delivery with minimum down
time when you change boxes.

This four box stainless steel Backroom Warmer allows
you to keep all four boxes slightly warmed – but more
importantly the “next” movable label allows you to
point to the box you’re going to be selecting as soon
as you need another.

Today, many types of imitation butter topping need
to be warmed before being installed in a model #2396
style “remote” topping dispenser. This versatile
Backroom Warmer is very handy to have in virtually
any concession stand – and in the multiplex cinema
situation, it may be a smart idea to have as many as
four of these.
