respond better, 500 more people this year will make the
switch from some other brand large popper over to a 20 oz.,

our organization.

the popped popcorn? We put twin
250 watt heat lamps in the cabinet plus have totally
redesigned the heater blower system to keep the
popped corn warmer and fresher!
- Want to eliminate
thermostat problems? (And, who
doesn’t!) We eliminate thermostats – and go to a
much more dependable and more sensitive heat
control!
- Want to eliminate
burned popcorn in the kettle? The
“Big Eye” tells you, “It’s time to dump — popping
cycle is complete” And, the Big Eye repeats this
message over and over. This plus a flashing light
tells you which popper to dump and reload – a
very handy benefit in situations where more than
one machine is in the concession stand.
- Want better
tasting popcorn? The “Big Eye” cranks
the heat down a little as the pop cycle is over. No
burned corn in the kettle.
- Want better
expansion of your popping kernels? All
Gold Medal large poppers complete the pop cycle in
the appropriate time. And, this improves expansion,
plus gives you more revenue per hour of production!
- Want “pass
through” designs for island popper
installation? No problem. See the “NPT” models
neon, plus pass through, you can operate from
either the front or rear.
- Want poppers which
last longer? That old four-
year life cycle is history. Gold Medal poppers
today last twice as long as other brands.
- Want a machine
that’s easier to clean? You’ll get
it in Gold Medal machines – removable kettles
make it easy to clean the kettle and to clean the
glass.
- Don’t see what you
want in the Gold Medal catalog?
Tell us about it...we’ll listen and usually can respond
with benefits such as deep wells in Pop-O-Gold’s,
“Big Eyes” in Cornados, “Sugar or Savory” switch
on any “Big Eye” equipped popper.
- Want to reduce or
eliminate “fall out” of poppable
kernels? When you switch to Gold Medal, you
end up with a larger diameter popping surface.
This generally reduces the fall out because the
kernels are given every chance to pop.
