Cheddar Easy is a
great way to make “industrial strength Cheddar Cheese Corn!” Carefully melt about one pound of Cheddar Easy in a double boiler or similar type warmer, melt it gently. If it goes above 135º, you have ruined it! Pour the melted Cheddar Easy on to 5 gallons of popped corn in the Flav-R-Tater. Put on the lid, place it in the cradle and let it tumble for a minute or two so that it is evenly coated. Cheddar Easy is a stabilized mix of cheddar cheese and vegetable oil. 30% to 40% coatings are possible – experiment to get the one you like best. #2390 Cheddar Easy 30 lb. tub |

looking Cheddar Easy has fast become a major favorite among multi-flavor popcorn operators as well as those who choose to make only regular popcorn and cheddar. Today, many people prefer white cheddar. Why? It probably appears to be more nutritious or appears to have less fat but makes no claims about fat. Save your effort to proclaim the fantastic taste of White Cheddar Easy popcorn – proclaim how easy it is to make it with the Cheddar Easy Mixer shown on page 24. Simply
put a 5 gallon measure of freshly popped popcorn in the bowl – turn the motor “on” and then pour about 14 oz. of slightly warmed Cheddar Easy over the corn as the paddle rotates.
