#2181NS Pralinator Frosted Nut Maker
This new style Pralinator makes a 4 lb. batch of
Sugar ‘n Spice Frosted Almonds (or pecans or a
mixture) about every 15 minutes or so after the
first batch. Use two cup measures full of the
nuts of your choice, plus a pouch of #4501 and
12 oz. of the “three-to-one” Uncle Dave’s
Vanilla. The machine does all the rest. When the
buzzer sounds, turn the heat switch off and the
motor switch on and add about 4 oz. of Imitation
Vanilla water. Agitate for a minute or so and
then dump the kettle full of nuts and repeat the
process. Shown here is the #2181NS Pralinator
Frosted Nut Maker on a Model #2424 Base Unit.
The 101/2" (27 cm) square pedestal actually
mounts to the counter in a concession trailer
or a concession stand. It’s handiest when it’s
mounted no higher than 26" to 30" (66 to 76 cm)
off the floor. The Model #2424 is not included –
but it’s handy to have and less costly than
having your own base unit constructed by a
cabinet maker.
